I use the information which I collect from you only to fulfill that order. This information is only stored until your order is completed.

I do not store credit card details nor do I share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Returns

If you receive your product damaged or if I have made a mistake with your product you should contact me on 01327 706374 or using the email address: enquiry@heathers-portraits.com

I recommend contacting me within one working day of receipt of your product so that any complaint can be sorted out quickly and to our mutual satisfaction.

Cancellation

If after having placed an order through my website you would like to cancel that same order the cancellation must be done before the end of the next day.

Delivery in the UK

Most of my orders are sent using the Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service. Royal mail say that their Recorded Delivery service takes 2-3 days. I cannot accept responsibility for any delays on their part however I can help you find out where the parcel is using the Post Office tracking code.
As this is a signed for service I cannot be held responsible for delays due to no one being able to take receipt of the goods at the delivery address.

Special Delivery is guaranteed by 1pm of the next working day. Again, I cannot be held responsible for any unforseen delays in delivery by Royal Mail but I can help to find out where your parcel is and an estimated time of delivery.
As this is a signed for service I cannot be held responsible for delays due to no one being able to take receipt of the goods at the delivery address.

Delivery overseas

For parcel weights of up to 2kg I use the Royal Mail International service for sending deliveries overseas. Deliveries can take up to 1 week. I cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery, return postage costs or lost or damaged items.
